Return and Refund Policy
Every machine you buy from A.S.P.E. INC., comes with a 14-day limited warranty. The warranty applies to machines that have been confirmed as defective by A.S.P.E. INC., which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). If the customer returns a machine that is in good working condition there will be a 25% restocking fee.
A.S.P.E INC., does not accept returns on custom machines. There is a two-year warranty on non-consumable parts and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. A.S.P.E INC., is not responsible for any damages incurred while in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to insure their shipment.
Any deposit made on a machine will be non-refundable after 90 days.
Incorrect Parts Order:
If a Customer mistakenly orders a wrong part, ASPE Inc. will exchange that part for the correct one. Customer pays all freight charges.
If a Customer orders a wrong part due to no error or fault of ASPE Inc., the Customer may be granted permission to return that part for a 20% restocking fee. Special ordered or custom parts are excluded.
Electrical and Electronic Parts are also excluded.
