Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty Policy

Every machine you buy from A.S.P.E. INC., comes with a two-year limited warranty on non-consumable parts and the customer is responsible for shipping charges. A.S.P.E INC., is not responsible for any damages incurred while in transit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their shipment. Any warranty is void if modifications/repairs are performed by anyone except ASPE.

Any deposit made on a machine will be non-refundable after 90 days.

Return Policy

Before Items are Returned:

First off, most product problems can be resolved with contacting our tech support which can be reached be sending an email to : service@aspesite.com  If tech support cannot resolve your issue, you will need to be issued an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

1. Return period begins the date the product is received.
   1. 10 days for machines
   2. 3 days for parts
2. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.
3. Have your invoice number available.
4. Call ASPE to receive your RMA number.

No Returns will be accepted on custom machines or without a valid RMA number!

Reason for Return:

Tell us why you are returning the product. We may be able to suggest a different product that will better suit your needs.

Products MUST be returned in resalable condition

1. Your returned package MUST contain ALL original material. This includes any boxes, instructions, forms, inserts, etc.
2. Please do no write on the original manufacturer’s label or packaging.
3. Include a copy of your invoice and RMA number with the return package.
4. Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged during shipment.
   To prevent shipping damage, pack everything securely. We recommend getting insurance and using a carrier with a reliable tracking system.

Restocking Fees and Rejected Returns

1. A 25% restocking will apply if products are returned outside return window and/or without an RMA number.
2. With damaged product(s), we reserve the right to refuse shipment and/or charge a restocking fee.
3. Special orders, custom machines, electrical and electronic parts are all excluded from our return policy.
4. A restocking fee will apply to all product(s) returned due to the customer’s refusal to pay duties or taxes or the return is made for any reason other than manufacturer’s defects.
5. No returns will be accepted for credit or upgrade after the return window has ended.

Limitation of Liability

A.S.P.E., Inc. printing machines and related products are designed and tested using our best efforts to operate. ASPE reserves the right to make changes without notice to improve performance of the system or to accommodate changes made to its parts. ASPE makes no warranty of merchantability and shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind.
