Cap & Hat Screen Printing Machine
We print about 700 to 1000 caps or hats per hour, far beyond what you can ever do with embroidery machines. Below the loading and unloading station are levers that let you easily attach or detach the hat from the machine. A parts sensor detects any hat in front of the print head, so if there is no hat present, the machine will not print that pallet.

Built on the LP2
Our most popular model, the LP2, lets you print two-color designs without being too bulky or costly. As with all multi-head machines, you are able to offer your customers specialty printing applications such as high density or under-basing for darker garments. Remember that each print head gets its own flash cure system.
The LP2 RapidTag is the extension of our one-color screen printing machine to print tagless size labels on textile garments. Now with the LP2 RapidTag, we have the possibility to print two colors. Enormously fast, and again with different printing plate extensions. Our two-color hat and cap printer is based on this LP2 screen printing machine.
