THE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
First, a complete understanding of our customer’s needs
Printers require not just products, but complete, integrated solutions. Each time ASPE receives a customer inquiry, it examines carefully the intended work-piece and processing goals. If it is determined that ASPE equipment is appropriate for the application, ASPE’s engineers and printing staff then perform experiments to select the ideal delivery process for the job. Customers are encouraged to participate in each stage of this thorough process.
Delivery process
After understanding the customer’s application, ASPE then focuses on the delivery process. This is what makes the machine great and generates a return on investment for you. We believe that there is always a solution to any bottleneck.
Individually tailored designs
Each machine is designed with precision and time. ASPE will provide you professional consultation on your desired printing process and tell you what we think is the best option for you. The initial consultation is key for us to judge your company and your current We also advise you on the specific parts that we will be implementing. We will give you options on different technologies depending on the component and we will advise you which technology is best suited for you. Once both parties agree to move forward with the project, please allow 8-10 weeks for the machine to be completed. Delivery time will depend on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
Machine testing
All machines. Typically custom pallets will be tested for a few days to just make sure the weight (or any other factors) does not disturb the machine. Fully customized machines will be needed at least 1-2 weeks of testing to make sure all the mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components are working properly and to make sure there are no glitches in the programming.
Warranty, support & peace of mind
When making a customized machine, it is almost like making an entirely new product. That being said, it is unfair to give a customer a short warranty on a new product that has not been proven (long term) out in the market. We want our customers to be reassured that they are dealing with a trustworthy company and getting the proper support they deserve. This is why we extend our warranty on all custom machinery. We don’t leave any of our customers behind.
